COVID-19 Impacts:
Australia Post has temporarily suspended their Express Post guarantee of next day delivery. Express Post is still available but orders may not be delivered next business day every time. For more information visit the Australia Post Coronavirus Domestic updates page. Delivery times for standard post may also be slightly delayed during this time.

What will the cost of shipping be?
All orders are charged a flate rate of $12.95 for postage and handling. Your order will be sent using Australia Post, with tracking.

Alternatively, orders can be delivered within the 4350 postcode for a flat rate of $1.99. Orders will be delivered within 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Click & Collect is FREE and is available Monday to Friday from Mirror Mirror at 229 Margaret St, Toowoomba City.

When will my order be sent?
Orders are despatched from Wednesday to Saturday. Please note that there may be slight delays in shipping at times of high volume orders. Please also consider public holidays when checking the shipping method. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Can I return the product?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, we do accept returns and are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange. You'll just need to:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and

2. Return the item unused and in original, unopened and undamaged condition.
